Can you do screen printing to my card?

No screen printing is done, all the cards are handmade which allows each card to be unique.

What is RUSH processing fee?

Rush processing drops the standard 7-14 days processing time down to 3-5 days. This assumes final approval within 3 days. Rush processing adds an additional $50.00 to your order.

Why does the card/invitation colors look different in person than the colors on my computer?

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers colors online may appear different than the actual product.

There is a greeting card/invitation that I like but I would like to change the colors, can I do that?

Can the wording be customized?

 Yes, all wording can and will be customized to fit your needs.

What about fonts?

Yes, just let me know which font you want, I more than likely have it. Should I not have the font, we will discuss our options about purchasing. 

If I pay for RUSH processing, how long will shipping take?

Order with rush processing are still shipped with standard shipping unless otherwise requested. Rush processing allows your order to start its shipment at an earlier date but does not mean the shipping is expedited.

What if I'm not happy with my proofs?

You can cancel your order with a 100% refund, that's only if you have not approved your final approval.

What if I'm not happy with my order when I receive them?

Please contact me immediately, as I want all of my customers to be happy. If it's an error on my part I will replace the order at my expense. M's Custom Craftations will not be responsible for errors that were approved in the final proof and/or invitation sample. If an error is found on the final approval and you like to submit a new order we will fulfill that order for a discounted price.

Can I cancel my order after I have approved my final proof?

Please contact me immediately, so I can try to stop the process of production as soon as possible, as custom orders are non-refundable.

Why haven't I received my refund yet?

If you haven't received a refund yet, contact your credit card company and/or your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. It usually takes 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).
